Order Entered: 1. A hearing in this matter shall be held on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at 9 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, in the Richard Raff Hearing Room at the offices of the Public Service Commission at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky for the purpose of taking testimony regarding Kynect’s failure to file the cellular gross revenue report for calendar year 2020. 2. Pursuant to KRS 278.360 and 807 KAR 5:001, Section 9(9), a digital video transcript shall be made of the hearing. 3. In addition to service of this Order at the address for Kynect on file with the Commission, Kynect shall be served with a copy of this Order by certified mail at C T Corporation System, Registered Agent for Kynect Communications, LLC, 306 West Main Street, Suite 512, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.

Order Entered: 1. Kynect shall file with the Commission, no later than November 9, 2021, its Cellular Gross Revenue Report for the 2020 calendar year. 2. A formal hearing shall be scheduled by separate Order for the purpose of showing cause why Kynect should not be subjected to the penalties of KRS 278.990 for its failure to comply with KRS 278.140(3), KRS 278.230(3), and 807 KAR 5:006, Section 4. 3. In the absence of such showing, and without further Order, Kynect’s authorization to provide service shall be revoked, its tariff shall be removed from the Commission’s files, and its name shall be stricken from the Commission’s list of active utilities. 4. If Kynect desires to waive its right to a hearing in this matter, Kynect shall, not later than November 9, 2021, file the required report and pay a penalty of $500. Payment of the penalty shall be made by certified check or money order made payable to the Treasurer, Commonwealth of Kentucky, and shall be delivered to the Office of General Counsel, Public Service Commission, 211 Sower Boulevard, P.O. Box 615, Frankfort, Kentucky, 40602-0165.
