Carlisle shall refund Sharpsburg District for overcharges that occurred between July 2020 and April 2022 in the amount of $2,092.50 with a bill credit evenly allocated over the next six months, or in Carlisle’s discretion, with a single credit of the total overcharge in the next month. 3. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket. |

Order Entered: 1. Carlisle shall file responses to the information requests entered on January 6, 2022, and January 31, 2022, by March 21, 2022, or file a formal written response in the record to explain why that information is not available. 2. A hearing in this matter shall be held on April 14, 2022, at 9 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time, in the Richard Raff Hearing Room at the offices of the Public Service Commission at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky, on all matters set forth in the Opening Order. 3. Order Entered: 1. This proceeding is established to investigate the reasonableness of Carlisle’s proposed wholesale rate increase to Nicholas District and Sharpsburg District. 2. Carlisle’s proposed wholesale rate is suspended for five months from October 30, 2021, up to and including March 30, 2022. 3. Nicholas District and Sharpsburg District are made intervening parties to this matter. 4. Carlisle, Nicholas County District, and Sharpsburg District, by counsel, shall enter an appearance in this proceeding within seven days of the date of entry of this Order. The entry of appearance shall include the name, address, telephone number, fax number, and electronic mail address of counsel. 5. Carlisle, Nicholas District, and Sharpsburg District shall submit to the Commission a written response to the allegations contained in this Order within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order. 6.
