Order Entered: 1. AT&T/Uniti’s motion for confidential treatment is granted. 2. The designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection for ten years or until further Order of this Commission. 3. Use of the designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order in any Commission proceeding shall comply with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9). 4. AT&T/Uniti shall inform the Commission if the designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order becomes publicly available or no longer qualifies for confidential treatment.

Final Order Entered: 1. The Joint Applicants are granted a CPCN to construct a wireless telecommunications facility. The proposed facility consists of a tower not to exceed 212 feet in height, with attached antennas, to be located at 2987 Lake Road, Camargo, Montgomery County, Kentucky (E-911)/3755 Lake Road, Camargo, Montgomery County, Kentucky (Parcel). The coordinates for the proposed facility are North Latitude 37°59'38.91" by West Longitude 83°53'40.75". 2. The Joint Applicants shall immediately notify the Commission in writing if, after the antenna tower is built and utility service is commenced, the tower is not used for three months in the manner authorized by this Order. 3. The Joint Applicants shall file a copy of the final decision regarding the pending KAZC application for the proposed construction within ten days of receiving a decision. 4. Documents filed, if any, in the future pursuant to ordering paragraphs 2 and 3 herein shall reference this case number and shall be retained in the post-case correspondence file. 5. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.
