Order Entered: 1. The language pertaining to the rates for 4-inch meters in Appendix B of the November 26, 2019 Order is amended such that the phrase "All Over 30,000 Gallons" on page 2 of Appendix B is replaced with the phrase "All Over 50,000 Gallons." 2. All provisions of the November 26, 2019 Order that are not in conflict with the terms of this Order shall remain in full force and effect.

Final Order Entered: 1. The purchased water adjustment factor of $0.89 per 1 ,000 gallons is approved. 2. The rates proposed by Muhlenberg District are approved. 3. Muhlenberg District's proposed effective date is denied. 4. The rates as set forth in Appendix B to this Order are approved for water service rendered by Muhlenberg District on and after November 19, 2019. 5. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, Muhlenberg District shall file with the Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets showing the rates approved herein. 6. This case is hereby closed and removed from the Commission's docket.
