Order Entered: 1. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, Knott District shall publish, in a newspaper of general circulation in Knott County, the notice of the vacancy on Knott District's Board attached as an Appendix hereto. 2. Within five days of the publication, Knott District shall supply proof of publication to the Commission. 3. Within 20 days of the date of publication, any person who wishes to apply as a candidate to fill the vacancies on Knott District's Board of Commissioners shall submit to the Commission, in writing, their name, address, telephone number, qualifications and should reference Case No. 2019-00132. 4. The term of the commissioner appointed shall be four years from the end of the term, which is now vacant pursuant to KRS 74.020. 5. The Executive Director shall serve a copy of this Order upon the Knott County Judge/Executive, the members of the Knott County Fiscal Court, the Knott District's Board, and Dale Hamilton.

Order Entered: 1. This proceeding is initiated to determine whether a vacancy existed on the Knott District's Board for more than 90 days. 2. Knott District is made a party to this proceeding. 3. Any party filing documents with the Commission shall serve a copy of those documents upon all other parties. 4. a.
