Final Order Entered: 1. This case is opened to address certain outstanding petitions for confidential treatment. 2. The petitions for confidential treatment listed in Appendix B to this Order are granted. 3. The granting of these petitions shall not be cited as precedent in other proceedings before the Commission. 4. All movants shall review the petitions to determine if the material for which confidential treatment was requested still warrants confidential treatment. 5. A movant shall inform the Commission in writing, and filed in the original case file, if it determines that the information contained in a petition that is granted by this Order no longer warrants confidential treatment. 6. The Commission shall make available for inspection, upon request, any materials that a movant determines no longer warrants confidential treatment. 7. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket.

Order Entered: 1. Movant's petition for confidential protection is hereby granted in part and denied in part. 2. The materials contained in Movant's responses to the AG's Second Request, Item 27, and the AG's Supplemental Request, Item 8, excluding vice president bonus information, meet the criteria for confidential protection as set forth in KRS 61.878(1 )(a) and KRS 61 .878(1 )(c) and shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection for an indefinite period of time, or until further Orders of this Commission. 3. The materials regarding vice president bonus information does not meet the criteria for confidential protection, and the request for confidential protection for this information is therefore denied. 4. The materials denied confidential protection shall not be placed in the public record for the period permitted to request rehearing or bring an action for review. 5. Use of the materials in question in any Commission proceeding shall be in compliance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9). 6. Movant shall inform the Commission if the materials granted confidential protection become publicly available or no longer qualify for confidential treatment.

Order Entered nunc pro tunc, that: 1. Appendix B to the Commission's May 29, 2015 Order is amended. 2. All other provisions of the Commission's May 29, 2015 Order not in conflict with this Order shall remain in full force and effect.

Final Order Entered: 1. With the exception of Tariff GS-1 and Tariff GS-2, the rates and charges proposed by Blue Grass Energy in its application are approved. 2. Tariff GS-1 as proposed by Blue Grass Energy and as modified by the Stipulation is approved. 3. Tariff GS-2 as proposed by Blue Grass Energy and as modified to become effective January 1, 2016, is approved. 4. The Stipulation appended hereto as Appendix A is approved except for the delayed effective date of January 1, 2016, for Tariff GS-2. 5. The rates attached hereto as Appendix B are fair, just and reasonable and are approved for service rendered on and after May 31, 2015, except that Tariff GS-2 is approved for service rendered on and after January 1, 2016. 6. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Blue Grass Energy shall file with the Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, new tariff sheets setting forth the rates and charges approved herein and reflecting their effective date and that they were authorized by this Order.
